Wood & Plastic Patterns

For many small to medium run jobs a wood or plastic pattern will provide years of service. We can provide plastic match plates for jobs with offset partings or thin ribs that might not be as practical in wood.

Aluminum Tooling

For jobs with higher production or where foundries require metal tooling we can provide cast match plates or CNC machined patterns.

Castings

We can provide castings in many different alloys:

Stainless Steel and Iron

We can provide them raw, vibratory finished, and fully machined.
